C arlos Veliz started in property management as an accountant at Santa Monica Corporation, an affordable housing company in Los Angeles with more than 5,000 units under management. After 4 years in accounting, Carlos decided to move up in the property management department and started supervising multi-family unit buildings in West Los Angeles and Downtown L.A. From 2002 to 2007, Carlos supervised over 2,000 multi-family units for Sebren Development. From 2009 to 2011 and in the beginning of the recession, Carlos worked as an Asset Manager for Rose Group and Leonard Glickman buying distressed assets, including apartment buildings in Phoenix, Austin, Dallas and Sacramento. Buildings in class C status were converted into class B and A buildings. Carlos hired management and construction teams to stabilize all assets, increased rents, and over 4,000 units were sold to a REIT in 2011.
In 2012, Carlos Veliz worked for Redwood Mortgage as an asset manager in disposing all multifamily buildings in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Hayward. Carlos finalized all capital improvements, increased rents, reduced expenses, and disposed over 1,000 units in one year. While at Redwood Mortgage, Carlos foreclosed on over 300 condominiums and sat on 5 different HOA’s as President where he made many decisions that boosted the value of the properties. He also approved and directed capital improvements of over 5 million dollars in 2 years. He successfully settled 5 construction defects lawsuits in favor of the HOA. He used that money to increase reserves in each HOA and spend more of the funds on critical repairs.
After a long successful career in property management, Carlos started his construction company, and in 2016 following his asset management passion, Prime Property Group, Inc. was born.
In his free time, Carlos loves cooking and eating top-notch Peruvian food, venturing to new local restaurants, and coaching his son’s soccer team. Carlos has a B.S. in Business Law from California State of Northridge.

J aime’s 8+ years in marketing have allowed her to sharpen her skills in everything from social media and promotional events, to email marketing and managing websites. She has a diverse marketing background, ranging from non-profits to start-ups, gaining unique knowledge and experiences from each.
She has overseen an extensive array of traditional and digital advertising campaigns with budgets ranging from hundreds of dollars to half a million dollars. Jaime enjoys the challenge of finding creative and innovative ways to promote products and services in an ever-changing marketing landscape. On her days off, she loves watching live music, cooking, and exploring all the outdoor activities the Bay Area has to offer! She lives in the Hoover-Foster neighborhood of Oakland and loves every minute of it.
Jaime has a B.S. from the University of Arizona, a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Shaw Academy, a Certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson through the California Bureau of Real Estate. C ristina M. Candelori is the Director of Operations for Prime Property Group, Inc. in Oakland, California. Cristina is involved in all aspects of the business from property management and asset management to construction and development.
Cristina’s career in real estate is diversified and includes extensive experience in investment properties, sales and development as well as leasing and property management.
Prior to joining the Prime Property Group, Inc. team, Cristina had an extensive marketing career in Silicon Valley for 12 years and transitioned to Real Estate in 2010. She has managed over 500+ multi family residential units and developed and managed over 100+ commercial projects with over one million leasable square feet spread across Northern California and Oregon. Cristina also brings an eye for design and a thorough construction background and in-depth knowledge of every aspect and cost of developing residential and commercial real estate from breaking ground to the completion. She has developed beneficial relationships with lenders, inspectors, contractors and a wide range of professionals.
Cristina is a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of California and a member of NAR, CAR, CCAR, USGBC, and the ICSC. She is accredited by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).

A fter a brief pit stop in Los Angeles for academia, Kris is back in his beloved hometown of Oakland, California. He got his first formal introduction to Real Estate Finance and Investments in college.
Before venturing into the world of real estate full time, Kris tried his hand at creating a social enterprise benefiting homeless youth in the Bay Area. Passionate about the area and people, the move to leasing was a natural fit. He takes pride in bringing joy to residents that only a new home can. When he is not hosting open houses and private viewings, you can most likely find him talking to some of Oakland’s most motivated high schoolers or on a local golf course. Kris has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles. (CalBRE License #02076921)

ally, a California native, started off her career in property management in the mid 90’s in Southern California. She left the property management field and ventured into the booming California construction field in 2002. Ultimately with a desire to make a difference and wanting to help people, she left the construction field to work with hospitals by providing them with safe patient transfer equipment for over a decade. She is an energetic and enthusiastic individual who prides herself in customer service and helping others. She enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs, and working on her ’63 T Bird.

ynn immigrated to the United States in 2013 from China. Before joining Prime, Lynn worked with a Bay Area property management company for five years. She found her passion in this industry. Lynn is adept at property management accounting, especially with AppFolio. She received her Ph.D. degree in Communication at Huazhong University of Science & Technology (HUST) and taught there for more than 12 years. On her days off, she loves playing badminton, and enjoying the time with family!

E stefani brings a breadth of customer service and management experience to Prime Property Group, Inc.. She began her career in operations in the Retail industry, where she developed a particular skill set and passion for exceeding customer expectations. Upon finishing her studies, she utilized her organizational skills in an administrative capacity for a financial advisor.
This is where she first gained experience with the financial aspects of property ownership. Upon joining Prime Property Group, Inc., she has made a valuable contribution to tenant and owner communication, in addition, to ensuring that the office runs effectively and efficiently. This has helped the company maintain the highest level of client satisfaction. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, and is an appreciator of music, as a violinist.

Jessica comes from an extensive background in sales and has a wide variety of customer service. She began her career working as a Sales Representative and Manager with direct-in-home sales company . While in that industry she was able to sharpen her organization skills and developed a customer-focused approach to trouble shooting and resolving problems. She has managed a client list of 300+ and takes pride in ensuring positive overall customer experience. Jessica has a passion to serve and support the community. Throughout her career, she continued to grow in project management while serving as a Coordinator for a local Bay Area non profit. Conscientious of the need for people to feel considered and supported while in the process of finding their home, Operations Specialist was a natural transition.
Jessica has a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California Davis.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring California’s beautiful outdoors, and volunteering with MERCYworldwide to serve those in need throughout the Bay Area.
Sean started working in Los Angeles as a Resident Manager & Community Assistant for Homeowner’s Associations. In 2013, Sean came to work in the Bay Area and continue his real estate career. His priority has always been to keep tenants and owners happy, and fulfill all the requirements of his job to the best of his ability. Now , with Prime Property Group, Inc. as Property Coordinator, he uses all of the skills he has acquired over the years to support the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager. He is fluent in Spanish which is a great help to our Spanish speaking clients and tenants.
He loves cooking and baking, both of which he learned from his mother. His hobby is traveling the world and discovering the wonders of each country and their unique traditions.
